In life we can come across challenges that we were never meant to carry alone. It takes both courage and strength to reach out, and I feel excited and humbled to walk alongside you. My therapeutic view is grounded in the belief that we are all doing the best we currently know how, and that through creating a safe and nonjudgmental space we can explore our unique stories and challenges.

My clinical work is guided by the therapeutic relationship and during our time together we will work collaboratively, through a strengths-based and relational lens. I use a Person-Centered approach to bring in warmth, empathy, and compassion, and often include individual work from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Self-Compassion, and couples work from Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are at so that we can learn to navigate your challenges in a supportive and empowering way.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and my training includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. In addition, I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1, Eating Disorder Peer Support, and Crisis Line training.
